TERMS & CONDITIONS Accepting the terms and conditions In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to Braehead Arena. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of Glasgow Native Ventures Limited trading as ‘Braehead Arena’.

By Opting to purchase, allocate or possess a ticket and using this to gain entry into the arena, you accept to our Terms and Conditions and Conditions of entry.These Terms and Conditions apply to Tickets sold by Braehead Arena or on its behalf through authorised agents or distributors.

By purchasing and/or using Braehead Arena tickets, you confirm that any personal information provided is accurate and up to date. You also give consent to the processing and collection of your personal information, which will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Conditions of Ticket Entry A Ticket purchased grants you a right of entry to attend and occupy a space or seat at the match or event as printed and stipulated on the ticket. Only the purchaser of a valid ticket will be permitted entry to the Arena.

Event Tickets will only permit one entry into the arena for the specified match on the ticket.  Holders must show their ticket at the entry points to be admitted into the arena. Tickets must be validated by our scanners located at each security entry points. You may be refused entry into the arena if your ticket is not validated accordingly. At the time of entering the event venue, you may be required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID).  Identification may be requested to ensure validity of ticket category, failure to show may invalidate your ticket.

Please note that we may ask to see your ticket at any time before or during the event, please ensure you keep your ticket available for inspection throughout the match. Attendees may be subject to a search on entry to the arena. Therefore, the holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and belongings to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations. Braehead Arena does not guarantee admission after events begin. Braehead Arena reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue or to remove any person from the venue for reasons of public safety, any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury or for any breach of the terms & conditions and conditions of entry. Recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the venue. Failure to adhere to such measures may mean that you are ejected from the Arena.

All ticket holders acknowledges that photographic images and/or video recordings and/or stills taken from those video recordings may be taken of them and may also be used by us for marketing or promotional purposes.Holders are expected to adhere to the latest home venue health & safety guidelines (e.g. any social distancing measures or the wearing of face coverings).The instructions of Management, Stewards and the relevant police force must be obeyed at all times. 

Conditions of Sale of Ticket Tickets may only be purchased through Braehead Arena’s official Website or through Braehead Arena’s authorised agents or distributors for all events. Unauthorised resale of this ticket is strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained from any unauthorised person or unauthorised site shall be void and may be cancelled without refund or entry into the arena. All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. No ticket refunds/exchanges/cancellations will be permitted. Braehead Arena may apply a fee in addition to the Ticket Price to cover the costs associated with processing and issuing of Tickets purchased. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The holder cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on facility fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges. Football colours are strictly forbidden at all events at Braehead Arena. No food or drink is permitted, apart from any bought within the venue.

Changes to Date, Arena and Cancelations. Please note that dates, times and in some cases, the location of all events are subject to alteration and change.Events may be delayed, rescheduled, interrupted, or cancelled. If a home match is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Braehead Arena have the sole and absolute right to:· i) reschedule/set an alternative date, or· ii) issue a partial/full refund, or· iii) not issue any refunds. Braehead Arena reserve the right to also make reasonable alterations or changes to the match night programme, staging or seating of the arena, without being obliged to refund tickets. But will, where possible notify you of any such changes.Please note we do not accept ticket cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.No refunds available for any unused tickets.In the event that duplicate copies appear, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders. Event date and time is subject to change without notice

Refund for loss of ticket After purchase the holder of this ticket is responsible for its care. Braehead Arena do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of the ticket.

Children All Children under 14 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult and remain with them during their visit to the Arena. Particicular events may impose specific age restrictions and this will be displayed on the event page.

Standing Braehead Arena is a seated Arena and therefore all customers are expected to remain seated during events, customers blocking walkways or fire escapes will be requested to take to their seats. During ice hockey games customers must limit movement during play to prevent injury to yourself or others, should this be unavoidable you will be able to stand on the concourse until the next stop in play. Customers must remain seated until the final buzzer unless leaving the Arena.

Exclusion of Liability Braehead Arena do not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any accompanying children when you are at the Arena. You accept the risks and dangers of attending these matches. Please keep any eye on the puck at all times.

Changes Braehead Arena reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions of Entry. All changes will be notified to you by being displayed on the  Braehead Arena Website or 3rd party sellers website. Fans are expected to adhere to the latest home venue health & safety guidelines (e.g. any social distancing measures or the wearing of face coverings).

Intoxicated customers customers deemed to be intoxicated by drink or drugs will be refused entry. Customers who whilst in venue become intoxicated will be ejected from the building.

Customers refused entry or removed from an event will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting each organisation. Food and beverages must be obtained from the venue. Recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the venue. Access to all levels is via a number of steps. Customers suffering from vertigo are advised that seating within the upper tier may be considered inappropriate. Customers are expected to adhere to the latest home venue health & safety guidelines (e.g. any social distancing measures or the wearing of face coverings).
