This scheme is designed for customers who require reasonable adjustments to make their visit more comfortable, including:

By partnering with Nimbus Disability, a leading authority on accessible ticketing run by and for disabled people, we can better understand and meet your access requirements in a consistent and secure manner while protecting these provisions from misuse.

FREE Digital Access Pass

Apply free of charge through Nimbus by providing evidence and information about your access requirements.

  • Valid for three years
  • Receive a Digital Access Pass ID Number
  • Use your ID Number when booking with Braehead Arena

The Access Card

How To Apply

Apply for your Braehead Arena Digital Access Pass through Nimbus. You will be asked to upload supporting evidence and provide details about your access requirements.

If you already have a Nimbus Access Card or a Braehead Arena Digital Access Pass, you do not need to apply again.

Does my Essential Companion ticket have to be next to mine?

Yes. Essential Companion tickets are provided to support you throughout your visit and should be seated alongside wherever possible.

Can I use only my Essential Companion ticket?

No. Essential Companion tickets are only valid when attending alongside the person requiring support.

Can I give Access tickets as a gift?

Access provisions are linked to the individual who requires them and cannot be transferred to another person.

What accessible facilities are available at Braehead Arena?

Braehead Arena offers wheelchair positions, accessible entrances, accessible toilets, companion seating, queue assistance and raised viewing opportunities where appropriate. Please contact the Ticketing Team to discuss your needs before attending.

Can assistance dogs attend games?

Yes. Registered assistance dogs are welcome at Braehead Arena. Please notify the Ticketing Team in advance so we can ensure suitable arrangements are made.

Accessible parking spaces are available within the Braehead complex. Availability may vary depending on the event, so we recommend arriving early.
